Research Centers for a Comprehensive Management Education

Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development: This centre is working for the activities related to the research and development of entrepreneurship among students and interested persons.
Centre for Case Development: This centre coordinates with industry to get the business situations for which a teaching case could be developed.
Centre for the Study of Economic Policy: The purpose of this center is to study various policies and regulatory framework and its impacts on economy and business.

Specialized labs and Practical Training for Management Students

Financial Modeling Lab: Faculty of management science has developed a specific lab module for financial modeling, research and trading. The purpose of this module is to equip the management students, especially from finance specialization with required mathematical and analytical skills to understand the market trends and innovative financial products. The students are subjected with latest updates of national and international business news and market trends. They develop financial models by using advance software tools for financial planning and investment analysis.
Human Behaviour Dynamics Lab: This is a composite module for simulation lab to understanding human behaviors in different situation. The experiments are designed for examining personality traits and behaviour of individual so that correct feedback could be communicated to management graduates about their personality. It conducts psychometric tests and analyses the behavior of individuals under different situations of team dynamics and decision making.
Business Simulation Lab: This lab offers students a unique opportunity for strategy formulation in a simulated business scenario. Various strategic management games are provided and conducted to enhance decision making capacity to MBA students in which all functional areas like Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations may be involved. It prepares the management graduates with required strategic decision making skills so that they can reach to the top level of managerial positions during their career.

Eligibility for Admission in MBA

Three years graduation degree BCA/BBA/B.Sc./B.Com./B.A. or 4 yrs. B.Tech./B.Pharm. with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. Final year appearing candidates can also apply.

Admission Procedure

15% of total seats are filled on the basis of management quota admission procedure directly by the college as per the guidelines of affiliating university. 85% seats are allotted according to the merit of State Entrance Examination (SEE) of UP State through counseling as per the directives of AICTE, state government and affiliating university.

Publications :

In order to create a congenial academic environment Faculty of Management Science of this college started publication of management journal and news letter to provide a platform for sharing knowledge and research. A half yearly management journal BIZCRAFT(ISSN: 2231-0231, RNI No: UPEGN/2007/19207) and a newsletter Enterpriser is published by the department. Executive Education :

Leadership and Management Development program(LMDP): The Management Development Program (MDP) is a training program exclusively designed for middle and junior level professionals, keeping in mind the challenges faced by them and the nature of tasks they are required to handle. The MDP can make them better equipped professional and effective team players by making them feel and understand the dynamics of behaviour in the organizations & contributing significantly in the respective professions. MDPs help the organizations in creating the additional advantage that not only gives them competitive edge, but also provides long term sustainability. The Management Development Program could be organized in the interested organization or in the campus of the college, depending on the suitability and preference of the participating business organizations. Various modules of MDP are conducted in a workshop mode by our experienced faculty members using effective tools and feedback. Campus Outreach Program

It was initiated by of SHRI RAM MURTI SMARAK TRUST, in year 2011 with an objective to create awareness among the graduating students of different colleges, on various social & economic issues in order to contribute significantly to the growth of society. From the year 2012, the program is aimed to help the students identify their strengths & weaknesses so as to prepare themselves for their professional journey. Large numbers of workshops and training programs have been conducted at various colleges of U.P. and Uttrakhand for the benefits of the students. The program aspires to invoke a fresh upsurge of confidence among youths so that they can develop a progressive thinking. Our programs can provide extra edge to the graduating students. The programs are conducted in a workshop mode by our experienced faculty members in form of lectures, story-telling, video clips, group discussions, games, activities, student’s assessment & feedback.
