Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology, Bareilly hosted the finale of the quiz organised by the Institution of Engineers (India) 22nd February 2019.
The gathering was marked by the auspicious presence of Dean Academics Er. Prabhakar Gupta, Dean Student Welfare Er. Ashish Kumar, Quiz Master Er. Sudhir Gupta and various faculty members. There were a total of 7 teams who fought hard to reach the finale. It all started with the lightning of lamp and Saraswati Vandana, praying Goddess Saraswati to shower her blessings to the event. The quiz master followed the order and took the charge of explaining rules and regulations to the team members.
The competition was so intense that even after a battle of three hours the winners weren’t decided and then the quiz master went for a rapid fire round to finalise the winners. M.J.P. Rohilkhand University grabbed the first position and won the cash prize of Rs. 5000, SRMS CET Bareilly were the 1st runner ups and won Rs. 3000 and M.I.T. Moradabad were the 2nd runner ups and won Rs. 2000. To keep the audience involved, the quiz master asked certain questions from them and gave gifts to motivate them.
