On 16th October, 2018, Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology, Unnao has organized one-day national level technical fest “TECHNOVATION 2018”.
More than 200 students from various engineering colleges participated in TECHNOVATION 2018. The inaugural session of the fest started with traditional lighting of the lamp ceremony followed by Saraswati Vandana and Sansthan Geet. A MIME Act was also presented by the students of SRMSCET Unnao, the theme was based on technological advancements and their effects. Prof. Anant Kumar Srivastava, principal SRMSCET, Unnao welcomed the participants and introduced them about the objective of organizing the technical fest. He motivated the participants to take the technical fest as a platform for showing their technical skills with competitive spirit.

The valedictory session witnessed the presence of Hon’ble Chairman, SRMS TRUST, Shri Dev Murti Ji. Motivating the students, he highlighted the importance of being informative, innovative and creative at all times. He congratulated the participants and distributed trophies and certificates to the winners and participants of various events. He also congratulated the coordinators for successfully organizing the technical fest.
TECHNOVATION was organized to explore and encourage creativity and innovation in students and offer them a platform to show their skills. The technical festival witnessed an enthusiastic participation of all the students.
