SRMS International Business School (IBS) organized a pooled campus recruitment drive for Federal Bank on 21st October. The event saw participation from over 100 candidates from various towns of Uttar Pradesh. The recruitment drive was led by Ms. Sreerupa Chowdhury, Zonal HR representative from Federal Bank. The event started with a pre-placement presentation by her for the participants. The presentation explained workings of the Banking industry, about Federal Bank and career progression within Federal Bank, which was followed by the selection process.
Apart from Federal Bank, SRMS IBS is a preferred centre for campus recruitment for many reputed companies from the Banking & Financial Services Industry (BFSI) like Yes Bank, IndusInd Bank, HDFC, Tata Capital and ICICI to name a few.
SRMS IBS has always focused on enhancing the employability of its students in BFSI by incorporating many valued add courses into the 2 year PGDM. Certifications like NISM, AMFI etc are part of the core course curriculum, which not only makes it a different B-school but also makes its students a more viable prospect for leading companies in the sector.
