The first value based learning seminar had Sri Ram as its main theme. Sri Ram is a great icon for Indians and holds a special place in our hearts. The seminar focused upon the excellent virtues Sri Ram imbibed in his character. The main learning’s were with regard to the qualities he possessed: Unperturbed Mind, Proficient in Speech, Having Equitable Disposition towards All, and Power to Discern – Having Good Judgement.
Sri Ram’s notable actions of keeping his father’s promise , aligning with important people while in exile and his virtue of forgiving were also highlighted through a role play. All these learning’s were simultaneously linked to current management practices and organizational working.
