Mahabharata is considered as the largest epic of the world. It’s said that whatever is not there in Mahabharata is not anywhere else. We at SRMS IBS tried to find out some intricate management messages that are relevant even today. Our main focus was the Great War that changed the course of the Third Age of Man. The war is a kind of target that you have to achieve. So, there are many things that we can learn from the Mahabharta.
Management Lessons like- Tapping new opportunities, Leadership, Team Spirit, Individual Motives, Commitment, Being a right Manager, Women Empowerment etc. been illustrated through an amazing Role Play activity by the Management students at SRMS IBS on 13th March,2015 where they enacted the powerful personalities from the past like- Krishna, Arjuna, Bhishma, Karna, Duryodhana,Shakuni mama etc.
