Cricket – the sport that brings the entire Nation together also brought the students and faculty members of SRMS IBS on the same playing field on the 17th of December. Proton, The Sports Club of the B School had organized IBS T-20, an exciting cricket match that brought sporting fervor to the grounds. The atmosphere was electric as the students and faculty members gave it their best shot and fought till the end for the bragging rights and coveted trophy.
The 15 over a side match went down to the wire as the Blue Team pushed their rivals all the way. But finally it was the Green Team that emerged victorious and walked away with the honors. Prof. Shyamal Gupta, Director, SRMS International Business School, Lucknow presented the trophy to the winning team. Sourav Banerjee, student of PGDM Batch 2016-2018 walked away with the Man Of The Match trophy on the day when the sport was the true winner.
