Freshers from different streams at Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly were recently welcomed on campus with fun-filled parties organized by their seniors. With Fresher\u2019s 2K17 held on 16 September, it became a day to remember. Shri Dev Murti-ji (Chairman, SRMS Trust), Mr. Aditya Murti (Trust Secretary), Mr. Subhash Mehra (Trust Administrator), and faculty members graced the occasion \u2013 the perfect proceedings to welcome new students. High levels of energy and enthusiasm added to the exuberant mood of the day.<\/p>\n
After all, a Fresher\u2019s Party is intended to make new students feel comfortable on campus and get initiated into its diverse activities. The departments of B. Tech. \u2013 Mechanical Engineering (ME), B. Tech. \u2013 Electronics & Communication Engineering (EC), B. Tech. \u2013 Information Technology (IT), B. Tech. \u2013 Computer Science (CS), B. Tech. \u2013 Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EN), B. Pharm. Batches 2017\u201321, MBA Batch 2017\u201319, and MCA Batch 2017\u201320 hosted the revelries for their new students.<\/p>\n
For the new batch of MBA students, there was \u2018Novato Fiesta\u2019, a show of creativity with singing and dancing performances. The play put on by the seniors drew resounding applause from the audience. Fashion and glamour was on full display during the \u2018Dress Your Best\u2019 party organized by ME department. The highlight of the party was introducing a student who has his name in \u2018Limca Book of Records\u2019.
