Throwing light on her monumental fete, she said, \u201cThis has been so unexpected. After years of medical study, earning the title of doctor and winning a Gold Medal is one of the happiest moments for me. It\u2019s also a great responsibility for people\u2019s lives and health. I really feel honored and humbled. Well, I strongly feel that sincerity, attentiveness in the clinics and systematic reading can earn you all the laurels you wish for. For this, I would like to thank the SRMS Institute, Honorable Chairman Sir, Shri Dev Murti, Aditya Murti Sir and Principal, Dr SB Gupta Sir for providing me such expansive and diverse clinical and academic exposure. I\u2019d extend my most sincere gratitude to my teacher, mentor and guide for life, Dr Neelima Mehrotra ma\u2019am and all my faculties, seniors, batchmates, juniors and the entire staff of ophthalmology department for supporting me throughout.
