The purpose of orientation programme was to make students aware about the curriculum and its relevance with the industry requirements, guest lectures and games.

The session started with address by Dr.Ruchi Jain Garg (Head of the Department) of MBA. She shared MBA curriculum for the upcoming2 years. The course outcomes were highlighted by HOD ma’am. In addition, she further discussed about: live projects, webinars, online classes, case studies, plagiarism software, certification and many more.

Session was continued by Dr Shobhit Kumar Saxena Faculty of Management Science , he emphasized on personality development. He conducted personality trait activity “Color Personality Test” for the students. This activity helped the students to explore themselves and others at the same time.

Next was a guest lecture taken by Deepak Srivastava, retired GM from UP Gramin Bank. He focused on financial literacy and the microfinance sector. He wished them best of luck for their career and motivated them to make the best use of these academic years.

The day was further proceed by Dr Pankaj Agarwal(Faculty of Management Science)

He conducted a brain storming session for the students on the theme of “World usability day” making online world trustworthy.

Further a activity was organized by MBA final year students “Russian Scandal” which is a synonym of Chinese whisper. This was conducted to develop team building skills, listening skills. Each team was given a set of word which they had to pass on and at the end write all the words on a piece of paper. It helped the student to learn about grapevine communication.

All the students relished the activity to the full extent.
