The MBA Department of SRMS CET Bareilly organized an ‘Orientation Program’ for the new batch with great zeal. The day began with the inauguration of Notice Board of MBA Department by Professor Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Dean academics; Professor Dr Anuj Kumar, Director TDP Cell & HOD at MBA & MCA; Dr DN Rao, Director IQAC; Professor Dr Saurabh Gupta; Dr Pankaj Agarwal, Dr Mohd Danish Chishti; Dr Shobhit Saxena; Deepak Batra; Happy Sinha and Raghwendra Kumar.
The event began with the lamp lighting ceremony by all the dignitaries present during the inaugural, which was further followed by SaraswatiVandana sung by Shubhi Saxena and Megha Rawat of MBA II Year.
During the program, Professor Dr Prabhakar Gupta welcomed all the fresher’s, gave his blessings to them through his kind words, and motivated the students. Thereafter, Professor Dr Anuj Kumar made the students familiar with the philosophy of SRMS Institutions, and explained the Management Concepts through shlokas of Bhagwad Gita. He also emphasized on the ability to gather all the knowledge and put it together in a meaningful manner. During the program, Dr DN Rao gave a brief introduction to the students about the importance of management and the course they are pursuing. He summarized with the opportunities available and the skill set they are going to develop at SRMS. Dr Saurabh Gupta gave an overview to the students about SRMS Trust and Institution through his words of wisdom and a showed a video of the culture at SRMS. Dr Danish Chishti gave a briefed about the whole orientation program, the activities, the industry expert lectures and the sessions to be taken by the Faculty members. Lastly, Deepak Batra took the new students on a campus visit, which was quite a fun and enriching experience.
