SRMS College of Engineering and Technology (SRMS CET), Pharmacy, Bareilly conducted an ‘Oath Ceremony’ of Pharmquimica Club on March 13, 2023 at Pharmacy Seminar Hall. The event began with welcoming all the dignitaries including Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Dean Academics; Er Kapil Bhushan, Dean Student Welfare; Dr Arti Gupta, Director of Pharmacy and several other guests.
The gathering of ceremonial gestures, public commitment of duties, responsibilities and obligation associated with holding duties was addressed by Shruti Saxena, Former Chairperson of Pharmquimica Club, who expressed her happiness on the opportunity to serve the club, which had allowed her to learn essential and enriching skills. She spoke about her tenure in the club that had lectured her to be more responsible, organized and cohesive as a leader. This was followed by the oath-taking ritual by Utkarshini Singh, the newly formed Chairperson, who took the ceremonial oath, and marked the historical transfer of duties. In her address, she said that it was a privilege to have been selected as the Chairperson, who would lead the club with the utmost commitment and devotion.
Finally, the oath ceremony event was a great success with transfer of authority and responsibility from current club members to newly elected club members. The ceremony concluded on a successful note with a promise to mark new beginnings.
