Signifying a fresh start, first-year <\/strong> students of B Tech<\/strong><\/a>, B Pharm<\/strong><\/a>, BBA<\/strong><\/a>, MBA<\/strong><\/a>, BCA<\/strong><\/a>, MCA<\/strong><\/a>, M Tech<\/strong><\/a>, M Pharm<\/strong><\/a>, BHMCT<\/strong><\/a> & Second-year (Lateral Entry)<\/strong> students of SRMS College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET)<\/strong><\/a> & SRMS CETR, Bareilly <\/strong><\/a> enjoyed a refreshing evening, \u2018COFFEE WITH CHAIRMAN SIR\u2019\u2013Shri Dev Murti<\/strong>, Chairman SRMS Trust recently. The evening aimed to ease the students\u2019 transition from school to college while instilling the vision & mission of SRMS Institutions. <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The event commenced with presenting of saplings to Shri Dev Murti<\/strong><\/a> & Aditya Murti <\/strong><\/a> (Trust Secretary) each by Tyro President, Divyanshu Singh Chauhan & Tyro Secretary, Puja Karakoti respectively. This was followed by their inspiring & candid speeches, wherein, Shri Dev Murti<\/strong> urged students to be respectful to elders & seniors, and cultivate strong moral values, while equipping themselves for challenges ahead. In his candid address, Aditya Murti wished freshers a successful journey at SRMS ahead & underscored the importance of adhering to code of conduct as a pathway to personal & academic achievement. He addressed key youth challenges and said, \u201cYou must think differently, communicate effectively, respect peers & embrace positive values like gender equality. Also, there is a dire need to be responsible for your actions in today’s digital world, where one should be able to gather, process & assess the infinite information being available to them.\u201d<\/p>\n

The event concluded with memories brewed in coffee & snacks, wherein, freshers indulged in meaningful conversations. Dr Prabhakar Gupta<\/strong><\/a>, Principal SRMSCET; Dr Arti Gupta<\/strong><\/a>, Director Pharmacy; Dr LS Maurya<\/strong><\/a>, Principal CETR; Dr Anuj Kumar<\/strong><\/a>, Director TDP; Dr Shailesh Saxena<\/strong><\/a>, Dean SRMS CETR, members of Proctorial Board, HODs, faculty members etc were also present.<\/p>\n
