Shri Ram Murti Smarak (SRMS) Trust <\/strong> <\/a> commemorated \u201836th Punyatithi\u2019<\/strong> of Late Shri Ram Murti Ji <\/strong> <\/a> \u2014 a veteran freedom fighter, Former UP Minister & ex-Parliamentarian on OCTOBER 2,<\/strong> 2024 at SRMS College of Engineering & Technology (CET), Bareilly<\/strong> <\/a>, to pay tribute to his selfless service & commitment to nation-building.<\/p>\n

The day began with paying heartfelt homage to Mahatma Gandhi, Lal Bahadur Shastri<\/strong> & Late Shri Ram Murti Ji<\/strong>, along with flag hoisting at all SRMS Trust Institutions<\/strong> (SRMS CET<\/strong><\/a> , SRMS CETR<\/strong><\/a>, SRMS IMS<\/strong><\/a>, SRMS Goodlife Hospital <\/strong><\/a> & SRMS Riddhima<\/strong><\/a>) by Shri Dev Murti<\/strong><\/a>, Chairman SRMS Trust & Aditya Murti<\/strong><\/a>, Trust Secretary.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Shradhanjali Samaroh\u2019 commenced with melodious musical performance by Gurus of SRMS Riddhima<\/strong>, followed by acknowledging prestigious \u2018Ram Murti Pratibha Alankaran\u2019 <\/strong> to notable Dr Naresh<\/strong>, a litterateur, poet, author & Dr Arjumand Zaidi<\/strong>, a dedicated social worker by Shri Dev Murti<\/strong>, who highlighted Trusts\u2019 achievements, including NBA accreditation to MBA Programme & installation of multiple Health ATMs & technological advancements at SRMSIMS.<\/p>\n

Soon after, winners of Story Writing Contest<\/strong> & Debate Competition<\/strong> were felicitated with certificates & cash prizes. Shivani Karki<\/strong> got first prize in story-writing, while SRMS CET<\/strong> & The Guru School<\/strong> grabbed \u2018Chal Vaijanti\u2019<\/strong> trophy in debate competition (senior & junior category each). Dr Apoorva Maheshwari<\/strong> received \u2018Special Prize\u2019 of Rs 2 Lakh for securing Rank 143 <\/strong> in NEET PG<\/strong>. The ceremony concluded with Distribution of Scholarships<\/strong> worth Rs 3.5 CRORES<\/strong> to meritorious students of SRMS Institutions \u2014 CET, CETR, IMS, IPS, NURSING<\/strong> & IBS Unnao<\/strong>. Towards the end, vote of thanks was delivered by Aditya Murti<\/strong>. The day also witnessed Voluntary Blood Donation Camps<\/strong> at SRMS CET & IMS,<\/strong> organized by Department of Transfusion Medicine<\/strong><\/a>, SRMSIMS.<\/p>\n

The prestigious event was graced by Asha Murti<\/strong> & Usha Gupta-<\/strong> Trustees; Er Subhash Mehra<\/strong><\/a>, Trust Advisor; Dr Prabhakar Gupta<\/strong><\/a>, Principal CET; Dr LS Maurya<\/strong><\/a>, Principal CETR; Air Marshal Dr MS Butola<\/strong><\/a>, Principal IMS; Dr Jaspreet Kaur<\/strong><\/a>, Principal IPS; Dr RP Singh<\/strong>, Medical Superintendent; Dr Bindu Garg<\/strong><\/a>, Dean UG; Shazil Islam Ansari<\/strong>, MLA Bhojipura block; Guru Mehrotra<\/strong>, Managing Director, Guru School; Dr Anurag Mohan<\/strong>, ex-principal Bareilly College & several others. The MOC was Dr Anuj Kumar<\/strong><\/a>, Director TDP Cell.<\/p>\n
