{"id":19908,"date":"2025-04-07T16:47:10","date_gmt":"2025-04-07T11:17:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/cetr\/?p=19908"},"modified":"2025-04-07T16:48:17","modified_gmt":"2025-04-07T11:18:17","slug":"srms-trust-cricket-running-cup-ends-on-a-high-srms-paramedical-college-triumphs-over-engineering-college-by-39-runs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/cetr\/srms-trust-cricket-running-cup-ends-on-a-high-srms-paramedical-college-triumphs-over-engineering-college-by-39-runs\/","title":{"rendered":"SRMS TRUST CRICKET RUNNING CUP ENDS ON A HIGH: SRMS PARAMEDICAL COLLEGE TRIUMPHS OVER ENGINEERING COLLEGE by 39 RUNS!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The thrilling <strong>Season 2 <\/strong>finale of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/\"><strong style=\"color: blue;\">SRMS Trust Institutions<\/strong><\/a> <strong>Running Cricket Cup 2025 <\/strong>concluded with a bang at<strong style=\"color: blue;\"> SRMS Cricket Stadium,<\/strong> at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/cet\/\"><strong style=\"color: blue;\">SRMS College of Engineering &amp; Technology (CET) Bareilly,<\/strong><\/a> as<a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/paramedical\"> <strong style=\"color: blue;\">SRMS Institute of Paramedical Sciences (IPS)<\/strong><\/a> clinched the title by defeating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/cet\/\"><strong style=\"color: blue;\">SRMS CET<\/strong><\/a> by <strong>39 runs! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 4-day tournament featured four spirited teams\u2014<a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/cet\/\"><strong style=\"color: blue;\">SRMS CET<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/ims\/\"><strong style=\"color: blue;\">IMS<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/cetr\/\"><strong style=\"color: blue;\">CETR <\/strong><\/a>&amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/nursing\/\"><strong style=\"color: blue;\">Nursing<\/strong><\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/paramedical\/\"><strong style=\"color: blue;\">IPS<\/strong><\/a>. SRMS IPS posted 149\/9 (20 overs) in the final, and bowled out CET for 110 in 18.2 overs.<strong> Farman (IPS)<\/strong> was declared <strong>Player of the Match.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The added highlight of the tournament, during a grand prize distribution ceremony was the giving away of the top honours, which went to <strong>Surya Pratap Singh (CET)<\/strong> as the <strong>Player of the Tournament; Mohd Kaif (IPS)<\/strong> as <strong>Best Batsman; Mohd Adnan Ansari (CET)<\/strong> as<strong> Best Bowler<\/strong> and <strong>Farman (IPS) <\/strong>as <strong>Best Fielder<\/strong>.
