The morning kicked off with an insightful talk by <strong>Renu Bora<\/strong>, Sports &amp; Yoga Instructor, who highlighted the science-backed benefits of yoga and how its regular practice can ground, energize, and heal.<\/p>\n<p>Students <strong>Devaansh Maurya<\/strong> and <strong>Vaibhav Pandey<\/strong> took center stage to demonstrate powerful asanas, inspiring peers to connect movement with mindfulness.
