The session is part of a larger initiative, which also includes the podcast series <strong>\u2018Celebrating Failures\u2019<\/strong>, both designed to cultivate resilience, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset by sharing authentic stories of challenges, breakthroughs, and growth.<\/p>\n<p>The inaugural episode of \u2018Rashtra Pratham\u2019 featured <strong>Ashish Chauhan<\/strong>, <strong>MD &amp; CEO of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE)<\/strong>, who engaged the audience with compelling insights on perseverance, ethical leadership, and the transformative power of innovation. In conversation with <strong>Dr Abhay Jere<\/strong>, <strong>Vice Chairman, AICTE &amp; Chief Innovation Officer<\/strong>, Ministry of Education, Government of India, Ashish Chauhan recounted his journey of overcoming adversity and steering NSE towards new heights through strategic thinking and bold reforms.<\/p>\n<p>He emphasized the critical need for <strong>adaptability, continuous learning, and a solution-oriented approach<\/strong> in the fast-evolving landscape of finance and technology. \u201cFailures aren\u2019t dead ends;
