This event provided a platform to students for showcasing their talent with the pencil &#038; colour.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The competition was organised to bring out the prowess of creativity within the students providing them a platform for the same remembering the words of great Pablo Picasso that \u201cThe purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls.\u201d<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The event was marked with the presence of esteemed members of the SRMS Trust: Shri Dev Murti Ji, Hon&#8217;ble Chairman, Madam Asha Murti, Trustee, Madam Richa Murti and Er. Shubhash Mehra, Trust Administrator, Prof(Dr.) Prabhakar Gupta, Dean Academics, SRMS CET&#038;R, Dr. Rajesh Tyagi, Academic Coordinator, SRMS CET&#038;R , Er. Shailesh Saxena, DSW, SRMS CET&#038;R and HODs of various departments of different institutions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The event started off at 2:20 PM in the afternoon, where the events under four categories were as follows:<\/p>\n<ul  class=\"x-ul-icons\" ><li  class=\"x-li-icon\" ><i class=\" x-icon-arrow-right\"><\/i>Canvas Painting<\/li><li  class=\"x-li-icon\" ><i class=\" x-icon-arrow-right\"><\/i>Spray Painting <\/li><li  class=\"x-li-icon\" ><i class=\" x-icon-arrow-right\"><\/i>Oil Painting<\/li><li  class=\"x-li-icon\" ><i class=\" x-icon-arrow-right\"><\/i>Pencil Sketching<\/li><\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">The students were required to present their paintings and sketches along with a moral and message for the betterment of society and environment and so was the theme of the competition. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The event was winded up at 4:30 PM in the evening with the submissions of participating entries before the judges.
