Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET), Bareilly<\/strong> orchestrated an enlightening Pre-Placement session conducted by JUSPAY<\/strong> \u2014India’s leading Payments Operating System for students of SRMS CET & SRMS CETR<\/strong>. The session aimed to familiarize students with the company’s policies, operations & more, providing them with crucial understanding into the working of a prominent player in payments industry.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The engaging sessions were led by the guest, Anshika Singh<\/strong>, Talent Acquisition @ Juspay<\/strong>, wherein students were familiarized with essence of Juspay, including its work culture, ethics & the talented individuals driving its success. From inception to its current standing, students gained insights into the technologies at the core of Juspay’s operations. Later, students learned about company\u2019s hiring process, where they understood the rationale behind various interview rounds along with company’s expectations from prospective candidates.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Towards the final Q & A round, students addressed their queries directly to experts. From technology to work dynamics, domain expertise to role-specific inquiries, students actively engaged in informative discussions that inspired them with a deeper understanding of company & its industry-leading practices. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

At the end of the session, Dr Prabhakar Gupta<\/strong>, Principal SRMS CET felicitated Anshika Singh<\/strong> with a memento in the presence of Dr LS Maurya<\/strong>, Principal CETR; Dr Shailendra Deva<\/strong>, Vice Principal CET; Dr Anuj Kumar<\/strong>, Director, TDP Cell & several others.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
