OBJECTIVE: TO ANALYSE WHY THE SALE OF 29 BRANDS OF MALL DECLINING.

EXPERIENCE: THAT HOW THE COMMUNICATION AND INTEREST OF SALESPERSON AFFECT THE SALES OF BRAND AND IF ANY PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE IT MAY LOSE A CUSTOMER.

A Winter live project is being assigned by college to MBA students in which different companies are assigned to different students for our team we have survey in mall in which we have find out why the sale of 29 brands of mall in which 20 are under performing and 9 are newly launched so we have to analyse why their sale is declining to increase their sale mall has launched a campaign in which all these 29 brands are covered and if any person purchase anything above 2000 a coupon has to be filled by the customers for lucky draw which will we declared on 10 February 2019 . In this survey we have analysed certain reasons due to which sales are not increasing.

  • Salesperson are not interactive enough to please the customers
  • Non availability of products demanded by customers
  • Products are not that much trendy
  • Brands were not aware about the campaign launched by mall for them
  • They consider the offer as mall offer instead of their own that’s why they don’t encourage customers to avail that offer.
In this we have also survey high street stores of Bareilly for competitive analysis and to figure out the reasonfor increase of sale of similar brand in street as compared to mall.
