On April 11, 2022 SRMSIBS organized a guest lecture on “Applications of
Salesforce CRM” for the students of PGDM, BBA, BCA and B.Com (
Hons.). The resource person for this session was Mr. Rajat Singh Certified
Salesforce Developer and Consultant. He is currently working with US
based MNC Integreon. Previously he has worked in Accenture, ATOS, Mind
merchant with clients such as Goldman Sachs , Nike, American Express,
Viacom 18 etc.
He explained the students in a very pragmatic way about the company
Salesforce, various Salesforce CRM Software He also gave pertinent
knowledge about the various Non Tech jobs such as Sales and Marketing
Representative, Sales Force Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Force
Tester and CRM Expert which can be pursued after completing various
Sales Force Certifications. He also explained aboutTrailhead which is a free
learning platform for Salesforce. Overall it was a very knowledgeable and
inspiring session which motivated all the students to pursue such value based
certifications which can enhance their employability quotient.
