Overview

Aanchal Dwivedi is working as an Assistant Professor with SRMS IBS, Lucknow. She is a Graduate in Commerce from University of Lucknow and holds a professional Masters degree in Business Administration graced with Chief Minister Gold medal from Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow. She is also pursuing Ph.D from Sri Balaji University Pune in Human Resource Management. She has around 7+ years of valuable experience in academics as an enthusiastic and dynamic faculty in several commerce and management institutions and Universities. Her area of specialization is HRM and general management such as Principles of management, OB, Strategic management, Business Communication, managerial economics, Business environment etc. She has contributed in many research journals (in Peer Reviewed, UGC Care Indexed Journals) and presented papers in several prestigious national and international Conferences. Adding to her list of achievements, she has completed various FDP Certifications from national institutes such as ATAL (IILM University, NIPER, University of Allahabad) on Employee Engagement, Organizational Behaviour, Innovation Management, NPTEL Certification course on Research Methodology from IIT Madras, and many more.
