Shri Ram Murti Smarak International Business School (SRMS IBS), Unnao in association with college’s Movie Club recently organized a fun-filled Fresher’s Party 2022 on the theme ‘Aaghaz-E-Dosti—Beginning of Friendship’ to welcome the first year students across various courses including MBA, BBA, B Com (Hon) and BCA for the academic session 2022-23. The event carried forward the legacy of SRMS in making the fuchchas’ party a memorable occasion.
The event lived up to its expectation as a premier event in the calendar, meant for breaking the ice between the fresher’s and the seniors. Kicking off with ceremonial lamp-lighting, and followed by Ganesh Vandana, Ramp-Walk, Talent Round and Q & A round, the event witnessed superlative performances from the newbie’ interspersed across various rounds. Seniors too contributed to the event through mesmerizing fillers, and other activities that kept the audience thoroughly engaged till the last. The glorious celebration was capped-off by the prize distribution ceremony, which saw the fresher’s being awarded in various categories of prizes, separately each for the PG batch (MBA) and the UG batch—BBA, B Com Hons, and BCA, while the final award being the Mr & Miss Fresher’s 2022.
With all the bases covered, from planning to execution and monitoring, the event remained successful with its reverberation. The day truly marked the beginning of special journey and bond of newcomers with their seniors.
