October 2, 2014 ‘Gandhi Jayanti ‘ The auspicious day celebrated at the institute to give tribute to the three legends, Mahatma Gandhi; Shri Lal Bahadur Shashtri and Shri Ram Murti.
2nd October is the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shashtri. Incidentally, it is the death anniversary of Shri Ram Murti ji, who is the inspirational soul of SRMS Trust. Students threw light on the freedom struggle of these veteran freedom fighters and sang beautiful bhajans in their honour. Floral tribute was paid at the reception by faculty members, students and staff.
On this day, the Institute pledged for its commitment for Swachh Bharat Mission, that was kick started by Prime Minister’s Office on this day, aiming to create a Swachh Bharat by 2019,
