As part of its initiative towards furthering practical exposure, SRMS IBS organized an industrial visit for its PGDM studentsto Scooters India Limited.
The visit aimed to provide exposure to the manufacturing process and underlying management principles of Scooters India Limited in three wheeler segment.
The students visited the different sections of the factory like Engine Assembly, Frame Assembly, Tyres Fitment and Vehicle quality check.
It was a great learning experience for the students as gained insights about different management aspects in an automobile industry such as Time Management, Production Planning, Costing, and Warehousing.
