On April 25, 2022, an Internal Faculty Development Program was organized on Outcome Based Learning
for all the faculty members of UG and PG. Prof. (Dr.) Ekta Rastogi conducted the session. In this session
insights were given about the difference traditional Learning and Outcome Based Learning. Also insights
were given regarding the concept of Course Descriptor, Bloom’s Taxonomy of determining Learning
Outcomes, Assessment Descriptor and Assessment Rubrics. All faculty members actively participated to
make the FDP a success.
