SRMS IBS Organized Marketing Challenges with Predictable Formats “Adfest 2015”

Stepping away from the conventional approach of handling marketing challenges with predictable formats “ADFEST 2015” of SRMS-International Business School was organized on Nov 21, 2015 to provide the audience with innovative thinking and plethora of new ideas. Fusing inspiring content from leading brands, this event is all about continually developing self-awareness, honing one’s communication skills in duress in the journey of lifelong learning while celebrating the bright and young talent, recognizing them for their innovation and creativity. The inspired event showcased the marketing communication creative’s conceived and executed by 2014-16 batch students, under three categories viz broadcast, print and ambient for brands like Cadbury’s Bournvita, HDFC Life, Reebok and HP Laptops. In a tightly contested event the team “FALCON” the brave minds behind the REEBOK creative were able to connect with the imagination of audience and draw favor from the judges with their brain stimulating communication for a footwear brand.

Beyond the fun and frolic, the event was also marked by instigative skits and sensuous performances by students. The event was graced by the Director of the institute Prof. Shyamal Gupta and had representations from industry to appreciate and critically evaluate the creative attempt of the students.
