Call for Papers

The International Conference on Advances in Computing & Intelligent Systems (ICACIS-2026) invites researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to submit original, unpublished research papers that present innovative ideas, experimental results, theoretical advances, or practical applications in the field of computing and intelligent systems.

ICACIS-2026 aims to provide a high-quality international platform for the presentation and discussion of cutting-edge research under the theme “Recent Trends in Intelligent and Secure Computing.” Submissions describing novel research contributions, case studies, surveys, and industrial experiences are encouraged.

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous double blind peer-review process by the Technical Program Committee to ensure originality, technical quality, relevance, and clarity. Accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings with a reputed publisher, and selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in indexed journals/special issues, as per publisher norms.

Submission Guidelines

  • Papers must be original and not under review or published elsewhere.
  • Submissions should clearly describe the problem statement, methodology, results, and conclusions.
  • Manuscripts must follow the prescribed conference template, which will be made available on the conference website.
  • All accepted papers must be presented at the conference (online or offline) to be included in the proceedings.

ICACIS-2026 strongly encourages participation from young researchers, Ph.D. scholars, and postgraduate students, and provides an excellent opportunity to interact with experts from academia and industry across the globe.

Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not currently under review for publication elsewhere. All submissions to ICACIS-2026 must present novel research contributions, significant experimental results, or practical applications relevant to the conference theme “Recent Trends in Intelligent and Secure Computing.”

Submission Process

  • Papers must be submitted electronically through the conference submission portal (link to be announced).
  • Submissions should be written in clear and concise English.
  • Each paper will undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by members of the Technical Program Committee.
  • Accepted papers must be presented at the conference (online or onsite) to be included in the conference proceedings.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

  • Papers should strictly follow the conference template prescribed by the publisher (IEEE / Springer), which will be made available on the conference website.
  • The recommended paper length is 6–15 pages, including figures, tables, and references (subject to publisher guidelines).
  • Submissions must be in DOCX/PDF format.
  • Authors should ensure that their manuscripts are free from plagiarism and properly cite all referenced work.

Review and Acceptance

  • All submissions will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, relevance, clarity, and contribution to the field.
  • Authors will receive review comments and decision notifications via email.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration and present the paper at ICACIS-2026.

Publication

  • All accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings with a reputed publisher (Proposed in Scopus, approval awaited).
  • Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in indexed journals or special issues, subject to journal review policies.
