Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences (SRMS IMS), Bareilly conducted an 18th Orientation Program for the students of MBBS, Batch 2022-23, which was indeed a proud moment for newly joined MBBS batch as well as their parents, who attended the event in large numbers. The day at the medical college was actually a pool full of varied emotions, being experienced by students as well as parents.
The orientation program kicked-off with a welcome of new batch of students and their proud parents. During the program, a session on awareness was given on anti-ragging guidelines of SRMS IMS, and students as well as their parents were ensured that SRMS IMS is a ragging-free campus. Thereafter, the facilities being provided by SRMS IMS was explained to the students, while making them aware of the hostel guidelines. Students were apprised with the much-needed qualities of Indian Medical Graduates, and encouraged to reach the goal of becoming doctors, and face the hurdles coming their way.
The program was attended by Aditya Murti, Director Administration; Dr SB Gupta, Principal SRMS IMS; Dr RP Singh, Medical Superintendent, SRMS IMS; Dr Rohit Sharma, Dean Post Graduate Program; Dr Neelima Mehrotra, Dean Undergraduate Program; Dr Rajiv Tandon, Chief Proctor; Dr Kranthi Kumar, Dean Students Welfare along with hostel wardens, various department heads and faculty members.
