In the pursuit of WORLD CANCER DAY on February 4, RR Cancer Institute & Research Centre at Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences (SRMS IMS), Bareilly is coming up with a felicitation gathering of ‘Cancer Survivors’ at SRMS Alakhnanda Staff Club on February 3, 2024.
The significant event shall witness some of the Cancer Survivors, being treated at SRMS IMS, who emerged as winners after conquering this formidable foe. Celebrating hope, unity & triumph of human spirit over adversity, cancer survivors will be greeted & felicitated for their strength & perseverance.
One such #CancerSurvivor, AVDHESH KUMAR from Shahjahanpur, who was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in 2017 and is now fit, healthy, and cancer-free, says, “My journey from challenge to triumph has been a roller-coaster ride. Diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2017, I faced the challenge head-on with grit and incredible care at SRMS Hospital.I am happy that I conquered it. I am extremely grateful for the expertise and support at SRMS Hospital that led to my recovery.
