We are pleased to inform you that Department of Pediatrics & Neonatology at SRMS INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, Bareilly under the aegis of UP State IAP & IAP Bareilly has conducted a Conference “NEOPED ADOLESCON” with a theme of “Sustaining the progress & exploring new horizons” on 27th April 2019. The `conference included relevant topics of various sub specialties of Pediatric in the form of lectures, demonstration and panel discussions which proved a great help for the Pediatricians and Postgraduates of various medical colleges in upgrading their knowledge and recent advances. The inaugural session was graced by Director Administration Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Shri Aditya Murti Ji; Dr. Piyali Bhattacharya, President UP State IAP was the chief guest and addressed the gathering with her keynote address. Eminent pediatricians from Bareilly like, Dr. Kuldeep Gangwar, President IAP Bareilly, Dr. Girish Agarwal, Dr. Atul Agarwal graced the occasion. Dr. (Brig.) P.L.Prasad, Professor and Head, Department of Pediatrics and Neonatology SRMS IMS was the organizing chairperson and Dr. Preeti Lata Rai, Associate Professor, Department of pediatrics & Neonatology SRMS IMS was the organizing secretary for this event. Dr. Anita Kumari, Dr. Sandhya Chauhan, Dr. Surabhi Chandra, Dr. Ruchika Bhatnagar, Dr. Atul Kumar, Dr. Nucksheeba, Dr. Vijayshri, Dr. Aditi, Dr. Manadi were also present.
