Let\u2019s read about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/nursing\/faculty\/ronald-obediah\/\"><strong style=\"color:blue;\">RONALD OBEDIAH <\/strong><\/a> <strong>Assistant Professor,<\/strong> <strong>Department of Community Health Nursing,<\/strong> <strong>SRMS College of Nursing, Bareilly<\/strong> who has done his MSc in Community Health Nursing from <strong>Shri Swami Bhumanand College of Nursing, Haridwar<\/strong> &#038; BSc Nursing from <strong>Teerthanker Mahaveer College of Nursing, Moradabad.<\/strong> <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ronald Obediah,<\/strong> with 5+ years of teaching &#038; clinical experience, has undertaken significant research projects in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/nursing\/courses\/b-sc-nursing\/\"><strong style=\"color:blue;\">B Sc Nursing  <\/strong><\/a> <strong>Thesis<\/strong> &#038; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/nursing\/courses\/m-sc-nursing\/\"><strong style=\"color:blue;\">M Sc Nursing   <\/strong><\/a> <strong>Thesis<\/strong>. The former (B Sc Nursing) project assessed the effectiveness of structured teaching programme regarding Pentavalent vaccine among staff nurses working in hospitals, whereas the latter (M Sc Nursing) research project focused on pre-experimental study to assess effectiveness of planned teaching programme on prevention of sexual abuse among adolescent\u2019s girls in schools.\r\nHis diverse roles include1-yearexperience each as a <strong>Paramedic Nurse<\/strong> at <strong>Sri Sai Hospital Moradabad, Nursing Tutor<\/strong> at <strong>Christian Hospital Kasganj<\/strong> &#038; <strong>Executive Paramedic Nurse<\/strong> at <strong>Indigo Airlines,<\/strong> respectively. Additionally, he has completed one-month psychiatric posting in RINPAS, Ranchi, along with two months clinical training at ASIAN Hospital, Faridabad.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sharing his views, <strong>Ronald Obediah<\/strong> says, \u201cAt <strong>SRMS College of Nursing<\/strong>, guiding &#038; mentoring students towards becoming skilled &#038; compassionate healthcare professionals has not only enhanced my knowledge, but also reinforced my commitment to community health nursing.
