Revolving around this year\u2019s theme, <strong>\u2018YaRRI Youth Against Ragging\u2019<\/strong>, the 7-day highlights were <strong>Introduction &amp; Orientation Session, Poster &amp; Logo Competition, Essay &amp; Slogan contest, Reels &amp; YouTube Vlogs competition and Seminar &amp; Open Discussions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The anti-ragging week kicked-off with <strong>introduction &amp; orientation session,<\/strong> wherein <strong>Parashram<\/strong>, Associate Professor, emphasized upon the need for a safe atmosphere with video presentation. Following this, <strong>Poster &amp; Logo Competition<\/strong> witnessed creatively expressed ideas on combating ragging.The participants were judged on the basis of originality, innovative designs, theme-based relevance, visual impact, clarity of message, wherein <strong>Simranjeet Kaur <\/strong>from GNM,<strong> Arun Kumar &amp; Asther <\/strong>(BSc Nursing-Batch 2024) secured 1<SUP>st<\/SUP> , 2<SUP>nd<\/SUP> &amp; 3<SUP>rd<\/SUP> place each in Poster competition, while <strong>Sanjana <\/strong>from GNM (Batch 2023) stood 1<\/SUP>st<\/SUP> , <strong>Bilal <\/strong>from BSc (Batch 2024) &amp; <strong>Sheetal <\/strong>from GNM (Batch 2023) grabbed 2<SUP>nd<\/SUP> &amp; 3<SUP>rd<\/SUP> positions each in Logo contest.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Essay &amp; Slogan competition<\/strong> witnessed engaging content &amp; catchy slogans, wherein, <strong>Vedika Chaudhary<\/strong> (Batch 2023), <strong>Akanksha Yadav <\/strong>(Batch 2023) &amp; <strong>Kripa Thomas<\/strong>-Batch 2024 (BSc Nursing) clinched the top three spots in essay-writing, while <strong>Vedita Pal<\/strong> (Batch 2022),<strong> Priya Kashyap <\/strong>(Batch 2022) &amp; <strong>Mahima<\/strong>-Batch 2024 (BSc Nursing) grabbed 1<SUP>st<\/SUP> , 2<SUP>nd<\/SUP> &amp; 3<SUP>rd<\/SUP> positions each in slogan competition.<br \/>\nLastly, <strong>Reels &amp; YouTube Vlogs <\/strong>contest saw students creating impactful short videos &amp; reels, which was a significant part of anti-ragging week at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/nursing\/\"><strong style=\"color:blue;\">SRMS Nursing  College.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/youtube.com\/embed\/GhBG3vqkO1E\" width=\"100%\" height=\"400\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Nursing, Bareilly observed a week-long ANTI-RAGGING CAMPAIGN from AUGUST 12-18, 2024 with a series of awareness activities, aimed at educating students about harmful consequences of ragging, sensitizing anti-ragging policies &amp; to foster an inclusive environment on campus.
