In a spectacular showcase of academic excellence, SRMS Trust <\/strong><\/a> organized 11TH<\/sup> CONVOCATION<\/strong> for graduates of SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS)<\/strong><\/a>, SRMS Institute of Paramedical Sciences (IPS)<\/strong><\/a> & SRMS College of Nursing, Bareilly<\/strong><\/a> at SRMS Engineering College, Bareilly, wherein, awards & degrees were presented to 335 students across various disciplines of MD\/MS (Batch 2020-23), B Sc Nursing (Batch 2018-22) MSc Nursing (Batch 2020-22), MBBS (Batch 2018-23), Paramedical (Batch 2018 & 2019).<\/strong> Alumni (university toppers & star performers) were also felicitated with gold, silver, bronze medals & cash prizes.<\/p>\n

The prestigious ceremony began with academic procession of dignitaries towards convocation hall in robbing tent, followed by lamp lightning by Shri Dev Murti <\/strong><\/a>, Chairman SRMS Trust; Chief Guest Dr Sanjeev Misra<\/strong>, Hon\u2019ble VC, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), Lucknow & Dr (Air Marshal) MS Butola <\/strong><\/a>, Principal SRMSIMS. Aditya Murti <\/strong><\/a>, Trust Secretary gave a befitting welcome address, while Dr Butola<\/strong> presented annual report & achievements of SRMS medical institutions. 11th<\/sup> Convocation was declared \u2018open\u2019 by Shri Dev Murti, <\/strong>followed by a convocation address by Dr Sanjeev Misra, <\/strong>who motivated degree recipients to take their degrees as symbol of responsibility & extended \u2018Deeksha<\/strong>\u2019 to them. Dr Butola administered NMC\/ MCI oath. Thereafter, degrees were distributed, which was a moment of pride for recipients as well as their parents.<\/p>\n

At the end, Shri Dev Murti presented memento to Dr Sanjeev Misra & declared the convocation \u2018close\u2019. Dr RP Singh<\/strong>, MS extended vote of thanks. Er Subhash Mehra<\/strong><\/a>, Trust Advisor; Asha Murti<\/strong>, Trustee; Dr Muthu Maheshwari<\/strong><\/a>, Principal, SRMS Nursing College; Dr Jaspreet Kaur<\/strong><\/a>, Principal, SRMSIPS; Dr Rohit Sharma<\/strong><\/a>, Dean PG; Dr Bindu Garg<\/strong><\/a>, Dean UG; Shaleen Chandra<\/strong>, Dean, ABVMU were present among many others.<\/p>\n
