The event began with an orientation session, where students were introduced to their constitutional rights, duties and democratic framework of India.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/nursing\/faculty\/muthumaheswari\/\"><strong style=\"color: blue;\"> Dr Muthu Maheshwari<\/strong><\/a>, Principal of Nursing College, highlighted Constitution\u2019s significance in shaping the nation\u2019s progress. Various competitions followed, showcasing creativity &amp; intellectual engagement. The <strong>Rangoli &amp; Painting<\/strong> competitions featured vibrant designs and artwork inspired by themes of unity, democracy &amp; constitutional values. In the <strong>Speech <\/strong> Competition, students presented thoughtful views \u2018Role of Constitution in Modern India\u2019 &amp; \u2018Fundamental Rights and Duties of Citizens.\u2019 Their performances were evaluated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/nursing\/faculty\/aneesh-chandran\/\"><strong style=\"color:blue;\">Professor Aneesh Chandran<\/strong><\/a>, Vice Principal, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srms.ac.in\/nursing\/faculty\/parashram\/\"><strong style=\"color:blue;\">Parashram<\/strong><\/a>, Associate Professor, Nursing College, based on content, delivery, relevance &amp; confidence.<\/p>\n<p>A lively <strong>Debate <\/strong>Competition encouraged discussions on \u2018Freedom vs. Responsibility: A Constitutional Perspective,\u2019 while informative PPT presentations enriched audience&#8217;s understanding of the Constitution. Later, top three winners were announced, wherein <strong>Priya Kashyap &amp; Amisha Patel (Batch 2022), Monika (2021)<\/strong> won Rangoli competition; <strong>Priyanka (2021), Shruti Saini (2022), Arun (2024)<\/strong> won Painting competition, while <strong>Akansha (2024), Kripa (2024), Monika (2021)<\/strong> were felicitated in Speech activity. However, the event concluded with solemn pledge to uphold Constitution\u2019s values &amp; principles.
