A workshop organized by Dr A.P.J Kalam University, Lucknow at Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust Bareilly by Dinesh Pathak held on 11th October’19 attended by all the final year and pre-final year students on the topic “Students Career Counseling for Prospective Placement”. The event was started at 10:10 AM in main auditorium and was graced by the presence of eminent speaker Shri Dinesh Pathak, Dean Academics
Dr Prabhakar Gupta, HoD of MBA and MCA department and TDP head Dr Anuj Kumar and Heads of various departments and faculty members.
In order to provide exclusive career guidance, we are extremely thrilled to have with us Shri Dinesh Pathak sir, who is working as a senior Journalist in Hindustan Times and nominated by the university to counsel students for better life and placements He believes in the theory of “BAS THODA SA” and if our young generation who are full of enthusiasm will do little effort in right direction with positive vibes in their life then that will surely revert in the form of miracles.
Under the banner of “MAA VIDYA FOUNDATION” sir provide consultation on various issues related to school-colleges, Government and non-government organizations and tries to solve those issues which is concerned by few only. He enlightens us with his glorious presence and words of wisdom which help us to learn and understand the real meaning of life, sir enlighten us with his secret of success so that we can shape ourselves for a better future. He believes there is no alternative of hard work but we have to work smart to make our dreams into reality.
His emphasis on three main points EXCEL, REST & SUCCESS. According to him these 3 words can change our life if we understand the real and hidden meaning behind it. He even guided us how we can get good placements in big MNC and how we can rise and shine in a big crowd. He believes positive attitude can change everything, so we should stay positive and learn from our experiences whether good or bad.
After the session, a questionnaire round was also being conducted so that students can clear their doubts and ask for his precious advice on their concerned issue. Questions were related to success, stress, how to focus, how to stay positive etc…He gave his ample amount of time so that we can achieve our dreams and fulfill our desires.
We were also honoured by the presence of Mr. Navneet Agarwal sir who had done his graduation from IIT Roorkee 1995 batch from Mechanical Engineering branch, completed his PGDM from IIM Kolkata and worked with many reputed MNCs and currently is a successful entrepreneur. He gave us some tips and aware us from the current scenario on which companies are hiring, which will be extremely fruitful for our students.
At the end Dinesh Pathak sir was felicitated by the Dean academics Dr Prabhakar Gupta by giving him a memento as a token of regard.
