GOAL OF THE PROGRAMME

The goal of the programme is to provide education and sound training in the field of Nursing with an emphasis on Preparing Nurses/Health workers to meet the basic health needs of the community as well as to meet the requirements of emerging hospitals/ nursing homes.

ELIGIBILITY

The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought and the maximum age shall be 35 years and should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with minimum 50% aggregate marks along with minimum 40% marks in English. Preference will be given to Science students. Female & male candidates, preferably unmarried and medically fit, should apply.

FEE STRUCTURE

Fee is charged as per the norms of the college in compliance to the guidelines prescribed by the regulatory body . Fee is to be paid by demand draft in favour of SRMS College of Nursing payable at Unnao.

SELECTION CRITERIA

The students for the programme will be selected on the basis of the merit of 10+2 examination. The merit list will be published by the College management whereby applicants will be called for the counseling and will be allotted seats on the basis of the merit list and personal Interview. Minimum 5% seats are reserved for male candidates.

The goal of the programme is to prepare skilled and effective female health workers to achieve the goals of National Rural Health Mission which aims at bringing about dramatic improvement in the health system and health status of the country.

ELIGIBILITY

The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. The maximum age for admission shall be 35 years. The minimum educational requirements shall be 10 + 2 in Arts and other streams. ONLY passing out from recognized Board. Student shall be medically fit. Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by National Institute of Open School.

The goal of the programme is to produce high class paramedics who are aware & sensitive to health needs of the country and are capable to participate in preventive & rehabilitated aspects of the diseases & to educate the persons in the society and to keep abreast themselves with the continuing medical education.

ELIGIBILITY

The candidate must have passed in 10+2 Intermediate examination with PCB or must have 35% minimum aggregate marks in case of PCM. The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December of the year in which admission sought. No maximum age limit for admission.

  • (Basics of exercise therapy, electrotherapy, physics used in physiotherapy, biomechanics & Kinesiology
  • Hand hygiene & prevention of cross infection.
  • Basic life support (BLS) & Cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
