Paramedical courses First batch joined. 2012 Post graduate (M.D.) Degree course started in 2 new specialities- Radiotherapy and TB & Respiratory Diseases Post graduate (M.D./M.S.) degree seats increased from 25 to 60. 2013 Institute was awarded “Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia, Laghu Udhyami Puraskar” by Department of Small Scale Industries and Export Promotion, UP Govt. for providing excellent services & best results in the field of Education. – Dexa Scan (Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) installed in the deptt. of Radiodiagnosis. – Real Time PCR installed in Central Research Lab, department of Biochemistry 2014 New Cath Lab with DSA & EP started SRMS Infertility Centre (Test Tube Baby) started. 85 bedded Critical Care Unit (as per international standards) started. PG course (MD) started in Psychiatry making up total 73 PG seats in all subjects. 2015 As a technological expansion, Linear Accelerator TRUE BEAM has been established to provide Radiotherapy which is equipped with the technologies such as IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SRT, SBRT. A Telemedicine Centre at Bhairpura village, Bareilly has been developed in collaboration with HP Company to provide free primary health services. Two Air-conditioned buses have been customized into “Hospital on wheels” providing facilities of Mammography, X-Ray, Eye-Checkup, Ultrasonography, Audiomitry, OPD & Free Pharmacy Pathology & Minor OT. The founder of SRMS Trust, Shri Dev Murti ji has been awarded TOI Education award in 2015 by Hon’ble Shri Ram Naik, Governor, Uttar Pradesh. Shri Aditya Murti on behalf of SRMS Trust has received the award in Lucknow. The lecture theaters have been converted into Smart lecture theaters. 2016 IDCCM and CTCCM courses started by department of Critical Care Medicine with annual intake of two students in each course. PG course (MD/MS) seats increased to total 76 in all subjects. 2017 Shri Dev Murti ji Chairman, was awarded by Indian Congress of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology. Telemedicine Mobile Centre. 2018 Pallaitive Care unit started in department of Radiation Oncology. IDCCN Course started with annual intake of 4 students. 2019 Shri Dev Murtiji, Chairman and Managing Trustee of SRMS Trust was felicitated on the Foundation Day of Doctor APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow for his immense contribution in the field of professional education.SRMS IMS was awarded for “Best Institute in Health Care” & “Uttar Pradesh Healthcare Leadership Award 2019* by World CSR Day and World Sustainability Congress in Delhi and Lucknow respectively. 2020 Department of Microbiology was accredited by NABL for True NAT and RTPCR testing for HCV & COVID- 19. SMS IMS was awarded for exemplary performance under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana(AB-PMJAY) by District Magistrate of Bareilly on 26th January 2020. SRMS IMS was awarded in recognition of adherence to the Quality Certification standards of Ayushman BharatPradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) by District Magistrate of Bareilly on 26th January 2020. 2021 PG seats increased to 89. MBBS seats increased from 100 to 150. Dr. Pavan Kumar received appreciation award by UP Health department for treating cancer patients under PMJAY scheme. 2022 Shri Dev Murti (Chairman) and Dr. Lalit Singh (HOD Critical Care) were felicitated as Corona Warriors by Amar Ujala.Hospital got full NABH Accreditation. Hospital based cancer registry programme by Govt. of India started in the hospital. Renal Transplant unit started. Second Medical College in UP to be recognized as National Medical Council Regional Centre for Medical Education Technology. Dr. Arvind Kumar Chauhan received certificate of recognition for exemplary contribution under Ayushman Bharat PradhanMantri Jan Arogya Yojna by treating the beneficiaries of the scheme in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
