85 bedded Critical Care Unit (as per international standards) started.

2015
As a technological expansion, Linear Accelerator TRUE BEAM has been established to provide Radiotherapy which is equipped with the technologies such as IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SRT, SBRT.
A Telemedicine Centre at Bhairpura village, Bareilly has been developed in collaboration with HP Company to provide free primary health services.
Two Air-conditioned buses have been customized into “Hospital on wheels” providing facilities of Mammography, X-Ray, Eye-Checkup, Ultrasonography, Audiomitry, OPD & Free Pharmacy Pathology & Minor OT.
The founder of SRMS Trust, Shri Dev Murti ji has been awarded TOI Education award in 2015 by Hon’ble Shri Ram Naik, Governor, Uttar Pradesh. Shri Aditya Murti on behalf of SRMS Trust has received the award in Lucknow.
The lecture theaters have been converted into Smart lecture theaters.
2016
IDCCM and CTCCM courses started by department of Critical Care Medicine with annual intake of two students in each course. PG course (MD/MS) seats increased to total 76 in all subjects.

Department of Microbiology was accredited by NABL for True NAT and RTPCR testing for HCV & COVID- 19.
SMS IMS was awarded for exemplary performance under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana(AB-PMJAY) by District Magistrate of Bareilly on 26th January 2020.
