In a dynamic blend of science, creativity, and medical innovation, SRMS Institute of Paramedical Sciences (IPS), Bareilly brought its campus alive with PARA-EXPO 2025 — an exhilarating Working Model Exhibition that spotlighted the ingenuity and hands-on expertise of budding paramedics, who displayed technical brilliance and patient-first approach.
The event opened on a high note with the inauguration of Science Art Gallery by Shri Dev Murti , Chairman, SRMS Trust, offering a stunning visual treat, where students fused scientific concepts with artistic flair, making complex ideas both accessible and inspiring. This was followed by an enthusiastic walkthrough of both the art gallery and the model exhibition, with students confidently presenting their projects to visitors and dignitaries, ranging from detailed anatomical replicas and innovative diagnostic tools to life-improving rehabilitation aids and high-tech systems like the ‘Automated Tissue Processor’ and ‘Role of SIR Drainage’. Participants hailed from interdisciplinary strength of IPS including Physiotherapy, Radiology, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Optometry, and Operation Theatre Techniques.
The excitement peaked with the awards ceremony, where BPT Batch-2022 won the title of Best Working Model, while BPT Batch-2023 and BMRIT Batch-2023 secured the second and third spots respectively. The judging panel featured eminent experts — Dr Anuj Kumar , Director TDP Cell; Dr Saurabh Gupta DSW SRMS CET; and Dr Geeta Karki , Professor of Anesthesia, SRMS IMS.
