Goal of the Programme
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to equip students with a broad understanding of the core aspects of business management. Its primary goals include fostering analytical and critical thinking skills to tackle business challenges effectively providing a solid foundation in essential business disciplines such as finance, marketing, human resources, and operations management.
The program aims to develop leadership qualities and decision-making capabilities by exposing students to real-world business scenarios and interactive learning
environments.
The specializations for MBA course are offered as per university curriculum in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, International Business, Information Technology and Rural Development. Besides these the college also provides training to the management students for getting certification in Banking, Retail, Insurance and Risks Management, Project management, Certified Financial Planner and various modules of National Stock Exchange Certification on Financial Markets. It help them well equipped with required skills and qualifications for placement.
* 85% Seats of total intake allotted according to the merit list of CUET – UG as per State Government directives through online counseling.
* 15% & vacant/lapsed seats are allocated on the basis of merit of marks at graduation level.

Eligibility
* Admission to MBA First Year through Entrance Examination: Candidates who have passed a minimum of three years of Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks (relaxation for SC/ST candidates of 5%) from a recognized university.
* Direct admission on vacant seats at institution/college level: The eligibility criteria for direct admission is a minimum 3 years Bachelor Degree or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 50% marks or as may be notified from time to time by AICTE/University/Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Integrity of the System
All admissions are done by maintaining transparency at every level. Admissions against management seats are done through advertisement and the list of applicants and their merit is displayed on the notice board of the college after screening.
