Call for Abstract
The Organizing Committee cordially invites researchers, academicians, scientists, industry professionals, clinicians, entrepreneurs, and students to submit original research papers, review articles, case studies, and innovative ideas for presentation at the International Conference on Transforming Global Health Through Pharmaceutical Innovations and Digital Integration.
The conference provides an international platform to disseminate high-quality research, exchange scientific knowledge, and foster collaborations between academia and industry. Authors are invited to submit abstracts and full-length papers in, but not limited to, the following thematic areas:
- Theme I: Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation in Healthcare
- Theme II: Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology and Advanced Drug Delivery Systems
- Theme III: Biotechnology, Biopharmaceuticals, and Precision Medicine
- Theme IV: Natural Products, Herbal Medicines, and Nutraceuticals from Traditional Use to Modern Application
- Theme V: Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacology, and Public Health
- Theme VI: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Regulatory Sciences, and Quality Assurance
- Theme VII: Sustainable Pharmaceutical Sciences and Green Healthcare Technologies All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by the Scientific Committee based on originality, scientific quality, technical merit, relevance, and innovation. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Proceedings, while selected full-length papers will be recommended for publication in peer-reviewed journals or edited books, subject to the respective publisher's review and editorial policies.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Eligibility and Authorship
- Abstracts must clearly describe the original research or study being presented.
- The similarity index (plagiarism) must be less than 10%.
- The abstract must be free from AI-generated content.
- All abstracts must be written in English, free from grammatical errors.
- Submissions should be informative, relevant, and concise.
- The title, author's name, and affiliation(s) should be centred, with the presenting author's name underlined

Structured abstract
- Background: Brief context and rationale.
- Objectives: Clear statement of the research aim(s).
- Methods: Study design, materials, and key analytical methods.
- Results: Main quantitative or qualitative findings.
- Conclusion: Key implications for science, practice, policy, or the conference theme.
Abstract Format
- Word limit: 200-250 words (excluding title and author details).
- Title: Concise, informative, written in sentence case, without abbreviations.
- Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords aligned with the conference themes.
- File type: MS Word document (.doc or docx); use Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing.

General Guidelines for Conference Poster Presentation

- Poster Size: 106 cm (Height) × 89 cm (Width).
- Use a clear, concise, and visually appealing layout.
- Include the Title, Authors' Names, and Affiliations.
- Organize the poster into the following sections:
- Title
- Abstract
- Introduction
- Objectives
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusion
- References
- Acknowledgements (if applicable)
- Use Times New Roman font throughout:
- Title: 16 pt
- Headings: 14 pt
- Body Text: 12 pt
- Use high-quality figures, graphs, and tables with proper labels.
- Keep the content brief, using bullet points rather than long paragraphs.
- Maintain consistent formatting, colors, and fonts.
- Carefully proofread for spelling and grammatical errors.
General Guidelines for Conference Oral Presentation
- The presentation should consist of a maximum of 10 slides (including the title and thank-you slides).
- The total presentation duration is 10 minutes, divided as follows:
- a. 8 minutes for the oral presentation.
- b. 2 minutes for the Question & Answer (Q&A) session.
- Use Times New Roman font throughout the presentation.
- Font size should be:
- a. Title: 16 pt
- b. Headings: 14 pt
- c. Body Text: 12 pt
- The presentation should be concise, well-structured, and focused on the key findings.
- Use a professional and readable slide design with minimal text and clear visuals.
- Ensure all figures, tables, and graphs are clearly labeled and of high quality.
- Avoid excessive animations and transitions.
- Rehearse your presentation to ensure it fits within the allotted time.
- Be prepared to answer questions from the judges and audience during the 2-minute Q&A session.
