Checklist (New Admissions)

  1. Photocopy of High school marksheet, Intermediate marksheets & certificates for undergraduate program.
  2. Photocopy of High school marksheet, Intermediate marksheet, Graduation marksheets & certificates for Post graduate program.
  3. Original T.C. & Migration.
  4. Original Affidavit for education gap (if any).
  5. Photocopy of Admit card / Counselling letter of CUET etc. (if applicable).
  6. Photocopy of latest Caste Certificate (only on format provided by U.P. State Government).
  7. 4 Coloured passport size photographs.
  8. Photocopy of Aadhar Card.
  9. The fee can be paid through Demand Draft, RTGS, or NEFT. If paying by Demand Draft, it should be made in favor of “SRMS IBS.”For RTGS/NEFT transfers, use the following bank details:
