Shri Ram Murti Smark Institute of Medical Sciences (SRMS IMS)
Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences is one of the best Hospital in Bareilly which has most modern 1000 bed, centrally air-conditioned, Multi Super Speciality, Tertiary Care and a Trauma Hospital established on 4th July’ 2002. The Hospital has 900 teaching beds for teaching and training of students pursuing their MBBS Programme. The treatment of the patients on these beds is done free of cost.
The Hospital is well equipped with facilities to provide quality teaching & training to the students in various departments. Students during their clinical training are exposed to variety of patients so as to make them competents in the field of medicine. During their training students are also exposed to behavioural & managerial skills required in todays world for becoming a complete medical practitioner.

Our Courses MBBS Programme
The MBBS Programme has been designed taking into account all aspects of health care, patient care, teaching and research. The goal of the programme is to produce Physicians & Surgeons sensitive to the health needs of the country, capable of ministering to those needs and be aware of the necessity of continuing their own education. More emphasis will be towards imparting education to socially responsible persons seeking the knowledge and skills required for the prevention and treatment of disease.

Our Courses Internship
Internship is a time for a graduate to apply theoretical knowledge into practical skills !
A student has to undergo compulsorily Internship from the Institute for 12 months on rotatory basis after passing out the 3rd Professional (Part-II) Final Examination.
Institute’s Internship programme is framed according to MCI norms wherein a graduate is expected to conduct actual practice of medical and health care and acquire skills under supervision to make oneself competitive enough to deal with all emergencies and provide basic medical consultation independently.
