SRMS COLLEGE OF LAW CELEBRATES ‘75TH CONSTITUTION DAY’, INSPIRING FUTURE LEGAL LEADERS TO UPHOLD JUSTICE & EQUALITY

In a vibrant celebration of democracy and legal excellence, Shri Ram Murti Smarak (SRMS) College of Law, Bareilly marked 75th Constitution Day with a series of engaging activities and insightful discussions aimed at deepening the understanding of Constitution among students & faculty members. The event was an encouraging platform for the budding legal professionals to appreciate and uphold the tenets of the nation’s supreme law.

The day began with an inspiring address by Lakhendra Kumar Chhokar, Officiating Principal, Law College who emphasized upon the significance of the Constitution in shaping the democratic fabric of the nation, while highlighting the importance of legal education in nurturing responsible citizens. Following this, the legal minds enthusiastically delivered impactful speech on Fundamental Rights, Significance of Constitution, Preamble of Indian Constitution etc. The day continued with theme-based Quiz competition on ‘Basics of Indian Constitution’ that was won by Tejveer Singh (BA.LLB—7thSemester). This was followed by aPanel Discussion having participation of Dr Ashok Kumar, Asna Naaz & Priyanka Saxena, the Assistant Professors from SRMS College of Law. Later, a vote of thanks was delivered by Dr Navin Kumar, Assistant Professor, Law College.
Overall, the day inspired students with deeper appreciation for their legal heritage and reaffirmed the commitmentto uphold the values of justice, liberty, equality &fraternityenshrined in the Constitution of India.
