Free Legal Aid Camp on the theme “Crime against Women and their rights” was organized by the SRMS Legal Aid Society with collaboration of District Legal Service Authority, Bareilly at Sahu Thakur Das Inter College Dhaura Tanda, Bareilly on 18th Feb 2021. The Inauguration of the event was done by the Hon’ble Chairman, SRMS Trust Shri Dev Murti. By addressing the august gathering Hon’ble Chairman not only told about the rights of the women but also focused on the compliance of the duties. The chief guest of the event Mr. Vishnu Dev Singh Secretary DLSA, Bareilly by addressing the gathering emphasis on the organizing such legal camp is very appreciable and encouraging. Legal awareness was given to the people of vicinity of Dhaura Tanda. The Special Guest of this entire programme was Dr. Naseem Akhtar Dean MJPRU along with Dr. Ashok Kumar Assistant Professor MJPRU and Dr. Mohd. Rashid Malik Assistant Professor KGK College Moradabad enlightened on the subject matter of programme and enthusiastically encourages the students.
Skit performance was given by students of SRMS College of law in the event for the awareness of the rights of women under the supervision of Mr. Gaurav Yadav, Head of SRMS Legal Aid Society, along with Student Conveners Mr. Anuraj Pradhan and Mr. Ayushman Verma.
