The SRMS Institute of Paramedical Sciences (SRMS IPS) Bareilly has always been committed to providing quality education and opportunities for its students, and the recently held ‘Poster Competition’ was yet another step in that direction. Organized on the theme ‘Lab Tech’on February 13, 2023, the students of Medical Laboratory Sciences gave enthusiastic participation. The competition encouraged students to showcase their creativity and artistic skills, and provided an excellent platform to showcase their talents and knowledge, while highlighting the importance of laboratory technology.
The posters created by students covered a wide range of subjects, including the latest developments in lab equipment and techniques, safety measures, and the importance of lab tech in healthcare.The participants put in their best efforts to create eye-catching and informative posters. The posters were judged based on their originality, creativity, and relevance to the theme. The judges consisted of faculty members and industry experts who were impressed with the level of knowledge and innovation demonstrated by the students.Dr Tanu Agarwal, HOD of Pathology Department was the Chief Guest, who felicitated the winners in the presence of Dr Surabhi Pandey, Coordinator of Pathology and Dr Ashish Chauhan, Vice Principal,College of Paramedical Sciences.
The winners of the poster competition were awarded prizes and certificates in recognition of their efforts, wherein Surya & Group BMLT-Batch 2019 grabbed the first position, Amaan & Group BMLT- Batch 2020 stood second, while Subodh & Group BMLT- Batch 2020 clinched third prize.
