the Conference
The world has faced a pandemic that affected almost every aspect of human life and the economy. WHO has reported nearly 6.45 million deaths, since the virus was detected in China in late 2019. Many people have lost their jobs due to the negative impact on the economic and industrial growth rates.
Work from Home (WFH), digital learning, online shopping, and financial transactions have emerged as norms in the upcoming new world order. The world is also facing regional confrontations due to emerging issues of becoming global economic and political power. The regional confrontation resulted in the war between Russia and Ukraine and disturbances in China-Taiwan relationships. We are in a transforming state that includes emerging with challenges of identifying and shifting to the new roles of different actors in the economy and business world.
Therefore, SRMS Institutions and National Taipei University of Business are organizing an International conference on the “Emerging Challenges and Strategies for Post-Pandemic and Regional Conflict Era” to examine the emerging challenges and strategies for moving to a state of new global equilibrium. We invite entrepreneurs, business leaders, management experts, economists, policymakers, educationists, and researchers with the following conference sub-themes:
- Examine how the pandemic affected and shifted the world to a new global order
- Challenges and strategies for the existing state of regional confrontations

About Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University,Lucknow
AKTU (formerly UPTU) was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh by the Amendment Act of 2015.It is an apex institution in the state that promotes and facilitates technical education having jurisdiction over the entire state of Uttar Pradesh. Guidelines for Author
- The manuscript should include a title page providing information about the title of the study, authors name, affiliation, addresses, contact numbers & Email addresses of corresponding author (s).
- The abstract should not be more than 200 words including a maximum of five key words.
- The manuscript should not exceed 3000 words (including abstract) with title page & references. It should be free from all types of plagiarism.
- The manuscript should follow the APA guidelines in MS word format with single spacing, 1" margin on all sides & Times New Roman 12 point font style.
- The manuscript should contain tables in MS Excel and black & white images only.
