SRMS CET & R organized a 6 Hours Bootcamp with hands-on demonstration

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering of SRMS College of Engineering, Technology & Research (SRMS CET & R), Bareilly, in collaboration with the Value Addition Cell and under the supervision of IIC- SRMS CET & R organized a 6 Hours Bootcamp with hands-on demonstration on “AWS Cloud: From Virtual Machines to Serverless” on 22 November 2025 and 06 December 2025. The sessions were conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the New Seminar Hall. The workshop was specifically designed for B.Tech CSE 3rd-year students to deepen their understanding of cloud technologies and gain hands-on exposure to AWS services. The event provided participants with valuable insights into modern cloud computing trends and practical applications.

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Talib Khan, an experienced trainer in cloud technologies who guided the students through advanced AWS services and demonstrated how organizations are rapidly shifting from traditional virtual machines to serverless architectures. Students gained a clear understanding of how serverless services simplify application deployment by eliminating the need for server management.

The workshop successfully strengthened students’ knowledge of cloud computing and highlighted the growing importance of AWS skills in the IT industry.The AWS Cloud Workshop demonstrated SRMS CETR’s commitment to equipping students with modern, industry-relevant technical skills. By bridging academic learning with hands-on cloud experience, the event contributed significantly to student preparedness for future career opportunities in cloud computing and related fields.
