SRMS NURSING COLLEGE TURNED WORLD HEALTH DAY INTO A CELEBRATION OF AWARENESS & ACTION!
It wasn’t just about health. It was about how you think, create, and act for it…
On World Health Day 2026, SRMS College of Nursing, Bareilly, brought the campus alive with a series of engaging events, perfectly aligned with the WHO theme “Together for Health, Stand with Science,” unveiled by Dr Muthu Maheshwari (Principal, College of Nursing).
From thought-provoking poster-making to high-energy quiz battles and an innovative flameless cooking competition, the day was packed with creativity, learning, and serious enthusiasm. The poster competition turned ideas into powerful visuals, judged by Dr Manvi Mishra (HOD, Department of Computer Science, CET&R, Bareilly) and Er KK Agarwal (Assistant Professor, Department of Basic Sciences, CET&R). Adding a healthy twist, the flameless cooking competition showcased smart, nutritious recipes, evaluated by Dr Sapna Thakur and Nitesh Kumar, Assistant Professors, BHMCT.
Well, the Quiz brought out the competitive spirit while testing real awareness, making learning both fun and impactful. By blending creativity with purpose, the event didn’t just celebrate the day, it inspired students to lead the way toward a healthier, more informed future.
